Objective

To create a finished character make-up involving the entire head and including the hair, encompassing the whole process from research and design through to manufacture, application and photographing in an appropriate setting. This could include the use of costume in the photographs of the finished piece.

Context

Please deliver this brief using real world reference only; it is important not to refer to other prosthetic make-ups of this kind that have previously been done.

Brief

Please design a prosthetic make-up to turn a young man in to an aged black woman.

Find a picture to use as your primary reference and try to reproduce the character of the face, but adapt it to your subject.

You may experience limitations with things like contact lenses if your subject has blue eyes for example as brown eyes are ideal, however as this project is about the prosthetic and not contact lenses, it will be perfectly acceptable to tweak pictures in Photoshop afterwards to achieve the necessary change in eye colour.

Please place the character in an appropriate setting to be photographed and feel free to use costume if you would like to.
